Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment status.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, contact our support team and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents so we can review the issue.
